No WiFi on Hub 3 .

Tuning in

48 hrs no WiFi on Hub 3 . Did everything,unplugging, reset etc. No issues with wired connection. WiFi not working at all

We had similar. 

A Factory Reset has to be done as a 60 second press on the RESET button,
then leave the Hub 3 powered on the revert to the shipping condition.

Do not turn off the Hub 3 after pressing reset,
regardless of the VM notes on this, it will abort the reset.

Get new hub or just use modem mode and get your own router with 1Gb ports

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Engineer coming out tmrw. New router I think.
