Having big problems with the Wi-Fi in Potters bar is anyone else having issues it has been like it all morning no connection at all .

I presume you mean broadband problems, not just WiFi.
Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers..

Thank you so much for the information and the help, I did phone The 0 800 number as we can’t get a line on the home phone, it told me that there are no issues in our area but obviously there is as I’m sitting here now, watching the light glowing and going on and off on our gig one hub so there is obviously something wrong. Thanks for the help. Anyway much appreciated
