Approx 2 hours ago our internet went down. 
turn router off etc. no change. 
status in area = no issues

when I run tests it says ‘intermittent signal in your area’ 

Obvs cannot get hold of anyone . 
is this Virgin signal issue or my kit issue? 
I work from home so stressing about what to do tomorrow for work 😞

So you are already aware of a known VM fault - this is a don't adjust your set situation !

Call 0800 561 0061 – this is an automated local fault reporting number, expect updates as the fault is identified.

VM define "total loss of service" a little differently - for residential accounts it is as below - A VM Business account has a service level agreement and so will be quicker to acivate

You can report the issue to us by registering it online or alternatively, calling us. If we haven’t fixed the fault within 48 hours from the end of that day, you will be entitled to £9.76 credit per day until it’s sorted. Once you’ve reported the issue to us and service has been fully restored, any credit owed will be automatically calculated and applied to your bill – so there’s no need to call us to credit you.
