New member issues - O2 SIM and WiFi booster

My Volt M350 contract started yesterday on July 2nd but I haven't received my O2 SIM card yet. Is there anything I can do to check on its progress? In my contractual email that I received on June 17th said my SIM card was estimated to be delivered within the next 5 days, but I have had no information about the SIM card since then.

Secondly, I'm confused about the WIFI booster, the help page says I can order one from the VM contact app but I can't find any options to do this. I have used the app to scan my house and there is a WIFI black spot in 1 of my rooms where the scan gets between 7 and 15 Mbps. In the rest of my house, the WIFI works great.

I have answered your PM about the WIFI pods.
I haven't contacted O2 directly. I have not received my contract email, or any email from O2 yet. I don't have any account information with them as a reference for support, so I am unsure how to proceed.
Should I contact O2 using my name and Virgin Account number as a reference. I have never had an O2 account before signing up for Virgin.

Unfortunately, Alex_Rm couldn't help me. As I couldn't provide the security information (Date of my direct debit), because my first payment isn't due yet and all the information that is available to me on my billing page wasn't enough to verify me.
No progress on the pods or my sim card as of yet.
