My wife and I recently purchased a property in an area that VM has only been in for 4 months or so. They came out to our home and fitted a box on the house and a new line to the telephone pole.
The engineer came last Friday and setup a new hub5x and the cables etc. We still do not have Internet access and have been told by the engineer that a house over the street had a simular issue when first joining and there's came on after a week. Is this normal?
