My broadband down for 4 days engineer been out says it will be fixed two days ago still no broadband and

My broadband down for 4 days engineer came out 2 days ago says cables be being done outside will be fixed in couple hours two days later still no broadband and cant talk to anyone at virgin 

so 4 days no broadband and no one to help

Is anything being reported on the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level - but if its your issue alone it wont be reported there.

If not call it in as fault and start a compensation claim...
