Hi
Our current virgin media entry point is at the back of the house where the previous owners had it set up. Am I able to have an engineer move this to the front of the house instead? I believe this can be done for £25, how would I book this?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
