Hi

I was a Three broadband customer but am now with Virgin. However, I still have a Three 4G mi-fi box which I use when travelling in my camper van.

My Three mi-fi contract is about to end so I'm looking at other providers and was wondering if Virgin have anything like this for use when travelling in the UK

Thanks for reading

Does the mi-fi box just take a normal SIM? If so you may be able to use an O2. Perhaps the best place to ask in on the O2 community forum.

The mifi box might be locked to 3. But why do you need to change it from 3 just because you have Virginmedia at home?  If you will be using it less now, get a cheaper rate from 3.

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

Because 3 is rubbish 😊

Thanks Tudor

The box looks like it takes a normal SIM but is branded as 3 so I'm not sure if I could use a different SIM.

Will do as you say and ask in the O2 forum

There are those who say 02 is rubbish. Depends entirely where you are located.
