Lost all WiFi on Hub 5

Hub 5 user. Today I have NO WiFi in my house. Have reset router and still no wifi. I have ethernet but no wifi. What is going on in virgin media fairy land today? The Hub 5 is the only device I am using 'Virgin Media'. So, what's going on today?

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of WiFi on your hub 5.

To confirm, does the WiFi signal show at all?

Do you use any VPN's or additional 3rd party hubs?
