Intermittent wifi issues

Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone can help with my intermittent internet issues. I'm on broadband-only M350 and it worked great in the beginning. But over the last few months I've had really bad intermittent internet where video calls drop out or even web browsing on my devices isn't possible. Two virgin engineer visits later and they concluded there is no issue, but the same internet drop outs happen when they leave. I even upgraded my router to the Hub 5 but I've got the same issues. Any help would be much appreciated!

Issues with MS Teams video conference calls over Wi-Fi (or VPN) are reported on a very regular basis.

Complaints about other platforms are uncommon.

Hello I have the same problem too, engineer calls ,all new kit checked, working ok ,next day error code, reboot back on ,next day gone again ,only happened in the last months, all ok for years before that, I don,t see why Virgin should charge you for an I pod for £8 month extra, to have a decent connection, which you are already paying for in the first place. It worked alright before .Plus I already upgraded my Internet speed at extra cost. rant over. cheers.
