I cannot turn off safe search on virgin media

Hi, I Cannot turn off safe searh on my My virgin media, I have followed the steps of signign in, going to my account details whcih on that page for some reason doesnt even show my account number of area Ref, dont know why, but when I click account details as the guides tell me to I get no option to go into any settings about safe search, this is driving me crazy, please help

VM will need to disable Child Safe for you as a support task.

As a work around we can bypass Child Safe by setting a laptop or Sky Q ( i.e. any device ) to use a Public DNS such a Google DNS. Google DNS IPs are: 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 and for Android Private DNS use: dns.google
