Hub5 reboots with cause unknown

RogerS

My Hub5 reboots in the early hours of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning with the reboot reason "unknown".  I've seen other threads here regarding this but none seem to have a fix.  I've been told that this is when Virgin does its updates, which is fair enough, but I think my Hub5 is running the latest firmware already (LG-RDK_7.6.20-2306.5) and in any case I would only expect one reboot to update, not multiple.

Are there any log messuages suggesting the Hub has failed to find or failed to access an update file ?

There are various reasons, I had one early today for "Cable Modem Reboot because of - Reboot Timezone Change".

No.

I had that one last week.  The bizarre thing was the Hub had already flipped over to GMT and this took it back to BST.  Then a day or so later it returned to GMT without a reboot.

I had this recently too. I had to have an engineer out to tell me there was nothing he could do but reported it to networks.. strangly it stopped the following week and nothing since however I have no idea what was done as the promised call back from the engineer never happened and no notes were ever put on my account to say either. It was something to do with noise chasing I think he said.
