Hi there,
my hub is only showing a constant red light, not a white as before, despite my checking cables restarting it from unit and at the wall.
I still have excellent internet connection just not the white light.
please advise

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the red light on the Virgin Media hub.
You've mentioned that you have taken out the hub and have checked the cables.
Can you ensure that the hub is in an open space and not overheating?

I confirm hub is in the open however it is quite warm on top.
