There is a problem with your US, as you know they should all be QAM 64. A VM tech will need to sort that out.
As for the RG Reboot, I've no idea. However, coincidently, my Hub 5 has done this as well quite recently and I use modem mode. I'll be keeping an eye on that one for sure.
This is the issue, the CS team dont seem to have a clue so they dont want to send out an engineer. Then theres the issue with some engineers, they cant see any issues. So I just keep going round in circles.
The RG reboots could be due to the noise in the upstream? Not sure. Would be interesting to know if other hub 5 modem mode users experience the same rebooting issues.

Thanks for taking the time to post on the forums.
I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your Hub 5. I've had a look on this side and whilst I can't see any issues on the surface, we can't see everything due to the Hub being in modem mode.
Can you please take your Hub out of modem mode for us and pop it in router mode? Once you have, let us know and we can take another look.

Thanks for looking into this. When I called CS they asked me to take it out of modem mode (which I did at the time) and they couldnt find any issues. I cant take it out of modem mode again as this would be a big inconvenience.
Can you tell me why my upstream modulation keep fluctuating between 16qam and 64qam?
As it is going to be tuesday tomorrow I will see if the modem reboots again in the morning.
