Hub 5 Power Cable

I have just received my Hub 5 without a power cable. I’ve been on the phone for an age, tried WhatsApp with no reply and the online chat is pointless! Any ideas how best to get a power cable sent out so I can use my Wi-Fi?!

You could call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 & see if an local engineer can supply one.
