Hi,

our Wi-Fi signal has been so intermittent it’s becoming a pain, boot reboot etc.

 I have been offered an upgrade to a hub 4, however I would need an engineer to install it, can I pay for the installation by engineer?

Yes - £25 - but they might do it for free if you blag it...

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun. and book a Tech install

Good news about the upgrade to a Hub 4 after the problems you've been having.

Have you been able to arrange the installation yet?

If not, I can happily take a look at this for you.
