Hi,
Can anyone give me advice? I have a hub 4 which disappeared and cut out signal on Wi-Fi. I have reset unplugged it and still problems it been intermittently like the for a while and luckily, I have another router plugged in wire mesh also when turning on the hub 4 I have a white light straight away is the correct
help I think the router is faulty req response

So you have a Hub 4 + another Router / Wi-Fi Mesh.
In this situation the Hub 4 would normally be in Modem mode with its internal Wi-Fi disabled.
If you have the Hub 4 in some other configuration please elaborate.
