I've been on Gig1 for past three years with a hub 4. It says on Sam Knows router receiving 1143 however my devices including iPad say receiving 350. When I was on 650 plan I was getting 500? Something is wrong somewhere. I was promised a Hub 5 ages ago and it never came to fruition. My internet goes off two to four times a week and I have to unplug the router and reboot. Is there any chance of getting a Hub 5 hopefully so my internet is giving me the speeds I pay for and for a stable connection? I signed up 3 days ago on a further 18 month contract

Check the Upstream & Downstream signal levels & errors,
signal problems or damaged / loose cables can result repeated outages for any model of Hub.

Hi @DrDave22 thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.
You have mentioned your iPad connection, and we know this is obviously WiFi so we wouldn't guarantee a WiFi speed at this level, we'd only guarantee it via a wired connction via ethernet.
Can you try a speed test via ethernet cable please on an appropriate device and let us know if the result is still the same?
