I’ve recently upgraded my package and since doing this my hub 4 won’t connect to my vm connect app. I’ve followed troubleshooting but still now joy.

Thanks for reaching out to us, and welcome tot eh Community Forums, apologies for the issues that you are having with the Connect app and the Hub 4. We are aware of some issues with the Connect app and the Hub4, have you been able to apply this manually using the apps camera function to scan the information on the barcode of the Hub?
