Hub 4 downgrade

How can you give these Hub 4s out and call it an upgrade . I was on a Hub 3 which was great . But i got a message  for a free upgrade to the Hub 4 . So I decided to take the free upgrade for the modem Hub4 .  When I try  to log in the Hub 4 settings I get a white blank screen . I haven't  sent the Hub 3 back yet . I want my Hub 3 reconnecting so I can send the Hub 4 back in the return  box instead. I've  done the reset 60s thing .

To get the Hub3 back ,,, Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them.

They will be able to de-activate the new Hub and put the old one back onto your account

You will need to hand, the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit (photo their stickers) - and also your account number

Thanks . I've  managed to find a way in   . I needed to get to modem  mode for my Orbi router  and satellites . It took alot of messing around  . I won't  be doing a factory  reset as it doesn't actually  fix the issue with the Hub4   itself  . It's  just a way in .


The Hub 4 reset / fail again days to weeks later is a vicious cycle that VM are well aware of but often silent about.
