Have a basic Hive hub plugged via Ethernet directly into Virgin hub3 router, which has worked fine for just over a year since install. Noticed now that the Hive Hub is unable to connect to the Internet via the virgin router. Carried our full reset and config of Hive system - no change. Carried out a full pin hole reset and reconfigure of hub 3 router - this got the hub communicating. Went to bed and found the same issue in the morning, with no ethernet connections showing in the virgin router Remote user interface...so I Carried out just a normal restart of the virgin router and watched....
Upon restart, the virgin router picks up live ethernet connection to the Hive Hub (I grabbed a screenshot) but then after a few minutes, looses it. It's almost as if the ethernet port connection is getting shut down?.
Looks like a virgin router/ethernet port issue as its temporarily working after virgin router reboot, without touching the Hive hub....then closing down the ethernet port/traffic.
Any ideas?

I don't read any other device are having issues remaining connecting the Hub 3's network ports.
This could be a defective network cable or a faulty Hive Hub.
