How to book an engineer?

Hello Good day. 

I just want to ask how to book an engineer to look for connection of my internet?  Its always punctuate the connection,  i would  like to check the wire going to hone box receiver from DP (drop point) and all line in entire house.

You can book a technician to visit by phoning customer service. If there is no fault found you will be charged £25.
