The official route is to use the VM Connect App and scan your property. When completed, the app should allow you to order the first Pod. If this is not working, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.

Thanks for reaching out to us @TheCarters, and a very warm welcome to you!

Sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing with the Wi-Fi services on your connection.

We would need to advise that if you're on a download speed of 1GB or have synced an O2 monthly sim card to the Virgin Media services - to obtain Volt Benefits, you would be entitled to up to 3 Wi-Fi pods and as well as the upgrade on the download speed to the next tier free of charge.

If however this is not applicable, there would be a monthly charge of £8.00 for our Wi-Fi Max scheme, which includes Wi-Fi pods.

Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me, and we'll seek to see if these can be ordered for you, under the appropriate scheme.

Thanks
