Amazed actually. Apparently you don't get any service from this company so clearly you are not paying them however if you are in a contract for a period, then you need to contact the accounts team and tell them you no longer require Virgin services. The problem with contracts of this nature means they could charge you to the end of your contract, should they wish to do so, however there is ,maybe a case in unfair terms and conditions if you are homeless.

Most companies will just take you off their books, unless you are switching to a different provider, however if you are not satisfied with their reply, go and see Citizens Advice or  take it to the Ombudsman.
