Need to get another WiFi pod to help with a new camera I have installed. 
Just going round and round in circles trying to organise one. Can anyone advise. TIA

Even free VM Pods are quite useless if you can not order / request them !

Sorry to hear about the issue of arranging an additional Pod.
I’d like to investigate this for you and get one sent out.
If you don't mind, I’ll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.
