Hi,
I have Gig1 Volt Speed Boost (1,130Mbps average) but have ran test speeds in various locations via the VM app and they are showing as 35Mbps download speeds. This is showing green as ‘ok’ in the app with no option to order WiFi boosts. I’d be grateful if I could speak to someone as I work from home and the connection and speed is terrible for what we pay. Thank you.

Get a better wifi router with 1Gb ports or better and use hub in modem mode

Thank you - it’s was 21mbps before but no option to order then either. Where the hub is located, I get 437 so it’s a significant difference. Hopefully I’ll get a response about it.

Highly possible - it’s an iPhone 🙂
I notice the poor connection most when I’m using my work laptop and someone is in the house also watching tv.

We can only provide you with one Hub, but if you require help ordering a first WiFi Pod, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Thank you Daniel, I’ve replied to your message. Ordering a wifi pod would be wonderful - in one bedroom the connection is so poor, I can’t even connect to the wifi to do the speed tests. So clearly having issues. Much appreciated.
