Hi, have started having issues were we appear to be geoblocked on some sites and apps. As an example disney+ now say we are not in a region that they support, the national lottery says we are outside of the UK.
My IP is showing as a valid UK Virgin address on the likes of whatsmyip etc.
Using mobile data, cloudflare Warp etc to get a different address works with no issue so seems to be an issue with the virgin ip address. Disney are looking at it from their end.
Any ideas - seems that some geo look up providers have our location wrong but how and who can correct it?

Unfortunately not. Also have disney plus - one of the sites I am having issues with looking into it. No one seems to be able to answer.
Everything I have tried shows us as using a uk based address. All I can think of that our ip, which we have had for ages, has become marked as none uk by some of the geolocation services

As a test if you are inclined, stick the Hub in modem mode and attach a laptop. Use the laptop to access your Disney + account. Does it work this way, as modem mode will give a new IP address.?
It's not going to fix your problem, but more to test if any other VM IP's are getting the same blocks.

Hi @andyhayman1969, can you please confirm if you've been able to run the test advised above by @Adduxi?
If so, please provide us with an update and we can perhaps look at alternative methods of getting around this, if this is indeed ongoing.

Apologies been a while. The issue has returned and certain sites and games will not connect. As examples fortnite, national lottery, blizzard.
Running over a vpn and all are ok. On the phone I was told as trace routes show traffic leaving virgins network and going via other ISPs it is not an issue with virgin.
