Can't access bills on website or mobile app
I keep getting the 'Oops! Something's gone wrong' message when I try to access my bills. I have an unexpected balance to pay, and I'm not going to blindly pay it without being able to see the bills!
Also, the chat function on the app isn't working properly today either.
This is not an acceptable level of service!
