Hi all,
I'm moving to a new home shortly and I'm trying to get Virgin Media set up before I move. The area is serviced by Virgin Media, however my particular house number doesn't appear on the Postcode checker.
I completed the form for the Field Sales Survey team back in early December and received a confirmation email but have yet to receive a follow up (Despite 2 chaser emails).
Whenever I call the customer service line I end up in a chain of "Hold and I'll transfer you" before one of the agents hangs up the call, frustratingly..
How can I get hold of the Field Sales Survey team? I believe my address should be serviceable and I'd like to activate an account, however it's not possible I'd like to have that confirmed too so I can choose another provider..
