I have a hub 4 which keeps dropping internet every minute. I can’t access the router settings via 168 etc as shows white screen. This is a common fault and I’ve done resets. I’ve been promised a new hub 5 via the Virgin whats app chat twice now and it’s been over a week and they keep saying it’ll come 1-2 days. I haven’t received any emails and nothing on the orders page so I think I’m being lied to. Virgin are out of contract by not providing the service and I’d like my hub 5 delivered ASAP please or I’ll leave

Hi I did the reset loads and doesn’t work. Thanks for the links as well. Let’s hope they actually send me a new one asap

I'm very sorry to hear of your recent connection issues. I've checked over things on our systems and I'm unable to detect any faults currently that would explain why you're experiencing this issue. Have you also performed a factory reset of your Hub to see if that helps alleviate things at all?

Why not say .... VM know the Hub 4s fail in Router mode, our solution is .... ????
