Hi, after failing to speak to an adviser despite phoning numerous times I have now found this hopefully as an avenue to get a solution to my problem....
I need to move my hub and the cable from the wall is just too short. I need probably 10m of cable but having read that VM send out only 3m (that's IF I could get to speak to someone!?), so I need to book an appt for an Engineer to visit to undertake this for me? Can I do this here as I said I cannot get to speak with anyone.......many thanks

There would be a £25 non fault call out charge (it used to be £99) to do the work you require.
You should call 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.
Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit (probably longer at the moment as it's a bank holiday weekend).
