Ever since we had 'essential maintenance' Broadband is wildly spotty

Checking the logs I am getting disconnects and SYNC time failures as the broadband just cuts out

Sometimes the online checker tool tells me there's a problem, sometimes it tells me there's no problem so can't book an engineer
