Hi Guys the following link is to my Broadband monitoring tool from the 15 Aug, if it works you will see the graph is completely red (packet loss). The graph has been completely red every day since.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The BQM link does not work.
Usually a totally red graph means the BQM is not pointing at the Public IP of your connection.
Modem mode only ... or a 3rd party router is present that is set to not reply to WAN side Pings.
A quick check of the Public IP is available from : https://whatismyipaddress.com/
Make sure it reads ISP: Virgin Media Limited any other response suggests a VPN / Apple Relay / Web Proxy is masking the real IP, in which case visit the VM Hub menu and use the Public IP from Admin >> Info.

Link give a 404 page not found.
All red means you probably have the wrong IP address. Possibly it’s changed recently.

Compare the ip address in your hub or the one showing on https://whatismyipaddress.com/ with the ip address you have used on thinkbroadband for BQM, and edit or set up a new BQM if your ip has changed.
