Connection poor to PlayStation and tvs up stairs

Ran speed tests on both PlayStation and my tv upstairs, only getting 16mbps when I do it on my phone it’s ranging from 30-300 mbps, the connection status to these are also only fair, sometimes poor ...

VM Boosters are just basic Wi-Fi repeaters i.e. the very worst option possible for a Games console,
the half duplex and jitter + latency laden connection would be exactly what is not needed.
