Hi, I’ve recently joined Virgin Media Broadband and everything’s been fine. Initially I connected with the Connect app with no problem at all on both my android phone and apple iPad but over the past couple of days the connect app on both devices say the it can’t find my hub 5. I’ve tried everything list on this forum and nothing works. Is there a problem centrally or am I missing something. Help appreciated

The Connect app is a waste of electrons. Connect directly to the hub on 192.168.0.1.
