I've contacted the help desk and twice I've been sent cables with push ends. Now I come on here and find out longer coax cables don't exist??? Push fit cables are fine, & are designed to push over the thread of the older F type connector. If you want cabling any longer than 3 metres this requires a technician visit. They will make up the correct length triple screened cable on site , & will check & adjust signal levels which can be affected by installing longer cables. There is a standard charge of £25 for this.
A forum team member will respond to this thread in a couple of days to arrange this if you if you want.

Odd the engineer installing the new VM TV kit did not place it near the customer's TV.
