Charged £25 fee for appointment

Hi,

I hope someone can solve this as I’ve seen the same problem being posted many times. 

I’ve been charged £25 for an appointment call out fee but I was never told I would be charged this. I didn’t miss the appointment either. Or ask for one.

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Haha yes it was, had to talk to a second agent who ordered the Wi-Fi pods so that’s sorted.
