Going round in circles trying to geta wifi pod!
Got a result of 1mbps in my sons bedroom (and this is when ive even managed to get onto the app the connection is so poor!) And it said...."everything looks great".
An engineer was out. Checked everything. Changed a few things. Done a speed test in his room and said no that's not good you need to get a wifi pod. He said to uninstall the app and reinstall it and wait a bit then do the test again. Done this. Got 2mbps and finally it said poor. But no option to order a pod!! You go to the connect app and it directs you to my virgin media and you go to my virgin media and it connects you to the connect app!!
Someone please help

Save yourself a lot of time and grief, order Wi-Fi Repeaters or better a Wireless Mesh from Amazon or similar.
