So, Virgin, all very well having super fast speeds, but i need to access Microsoft TEAMS and SharePoint for work but all i get is a circle of doom. I have internet and Wi-Fi and can access the web, just not anything on SharePoint.
Can you advise ASAP, this has been an issue for a couple of weeks.

A matter for your SharePoint administrator to resolve. Note the lack of similar complaints.

Try using a machine based DNS workaround such as
where you can download for your devices. Pretty sure it will be a Virgin DNS issue as apposed to Sharepoint
