Cannot Access the login screen on the HUB 5

I used to be able to access the login screen on the Virgin Media HUB 5 but I have tried this evening on a number of devices (Windows and Linux), some are directly connected to the router via cable and others are via WiFi

All i get is the spinning wheel

The connection hasn't timed out either, its showing that ^ for the last 20 minutes.
Anyone else come across this issue? Do I need to give the router a reboot?

Try a 60 second pinhole reset of the hub.

Clear cache on browser or use a different one and try... I get this with chrome quite a lot... edge is normally fine.
