Is there anyone on here from Virgin Media who can cancel a technician appointment I have scheduled for this afternoon. The fault was resolved last night but there is no appointment showing in my account and live chat is useless.

It takes a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick up here as this is a Community based forum, not a direct line to VM.
If there is no appointment in your account, it looks like no tech will be visiting?
However, you will need to ring VM for something you need sorted by this afternoon unfortunately.
