Can't seem to order a WiFi pod

I'm a Gig1 customer and have run speed tests through the virgin connect app that have suggested a Wifi pod to me but every time I click through, it takes me to a general web page and every time I start a chat it tells me to go into my profile. 
I just want to order a pod, but the process is extremely frustrating. 
Can anyone assist?

I'm having the same problem. It takes me to the chat or call option but the chat isn't even working. I just want a second pod. They shouldn't be this hard to order!

I’m in exactly same position.

Everyone finds the Connect app does not provide the option to request or order VM Pods.

To save hours of telephone time and weeks of delays / frustration, to ignore the VM Pods
and install a proper Wi-Fi Mesh that you own & control.

If you have a Hub 4, expect the Connect app to corrupt the Hub 4 causing the VM Pods to go off line.
We are 8 months into this persistent problem and VM have yet to mention a time line for a fix.

I'm in the same boat aswell,mega thick old school walls in my house and even the engineer said I might need 2 but can't get any communication going to sort it as the app won't let me order

thick old school walls ... my sister has just moved out of such a massive estate in deepest France.

For her TP-LINK AV1000 Wi-Fi Powerline extenders worked well, 
but Wi-Fi repeaters like the VM Pods were quite useless
with the solid masonry internal walls leaving no viable signal to extend

I wouldn’t even bother.  I’m still waiting for the pods I was assured were coming 5 months ago.

Bought my own mesh setup and it’s been rock solid ever since.

Same here spoke to them twice and still no order confirmation email 🤯🤯🤯
