I accepted the offer to upgrade from Hub 3 to Hub 4 and maybe I should have kept the equipment that was working for me. When I use the VM Connect app on iOS or iPadOS it can't connect to the Hub. I have reset the Hub but that didn't help.
I also try to connect to the Hub in Safari browser and after login all I get is a blank white page. I cleared the history and I tried again but it's the same result.

How do I connect with Safari browser? How do I find the URL/IP address?

Try.. http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) (DONT click these links - type it in fresh) - and hit return.

When the Hub 4 menus fail, a factory reset may be the only option to restore its functionality.

I can access the Hub 4 router webpage now after multiple resets. The VM Connect app thinks I’m not at home even though I’m using my hub’s SSID on 5GHz in the same room. I have disabled private Wi-Fi address on my iPad. I’m giving up. I should have kept the Hub 3.

Good morning @rbnjms
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Sorry for any issues with the app.
Can you confirm, have you deleted the app and re-downloaded it?
Best wishes.

I have deleted the app several times on iPhone and iPad, at least each time after a hub reset and more. I tried again this morning because of your post. The app shows the speed tests for the rooms I created when I had a Hub 3. When I do a new speed test I get the oops something went wrong try again in 10 minutes. Then I get the "Activate One WiFi" window which has never worked, whatever that does. It's almost like the app thinks I should have a Hub 3 but I've now got a Hub 4.

Manage the Hub 4 via its menu at : http://192.168.0.1/ and avoid the frailty of the VM Connect app.
