No broadband in dy8 area affecting me an neighbours so not isolated nothing on status checkers or 0800

Yep for me but my neighbours still out also on local community forum other people still down some for nearly two days now..  also had a small outage this morning

just for info it also appears there was a small outage at 9am yesterday and midnight this morning. Nothing in the hub logs though.. so back to normal for me. seems most people on our local forum ok but a few stragglers not 😞

There.have also appeared to.have been som disconnects and low.latency spikes for the last two days to. I would guess these are network related.

So personally I have been seeing latency spikes and disconnects happening since this outage neighbours seem to be ok apart from one saying about his goes slow to at times. not sure it is an issue with me or a network one but it does seem to be further afield than me especially as my stats seem ok to be honest and I don't tend to see any hub errors other than the normal pre-rs errors climbing somewhat slowly.

How are things today?

We suggest rebooting your hub after an area fault but if you are still experiencing issues, let me know.

Hi Ayisha, Still getting a couple of pauses as day at the moment. hub logs do not suggest any errors though and my router (I am in modem mode) is suggesting not disconnects either. I think this is more area realted that my connection. Neighbour is having problems with their virgin tv box but otherwise I think people are generally not noticing anything now. I am reaching a very period work wise so I cannot be fussing around now switching back to router mode at short notice during the day. I shall observe but Sabrina was helping with issues I have been having since feb 2023 and thought we had resolved but I am not sure we have fully. Pre RS errors climb during the day but has swapped from high numbered channels to lower number channels since this outage -

Hi fizz,

How are things since you posted? I've looked from our side and can't see any issues. We are however limited to what checks we can do whilst the hub in is modem mode and you're using third party equipment.

Not great quite high pressure rs counts now and quite a lot of slow ping times on bqm throughout the day (even whilst I am not there)   I will look to reverting to router mode at the weekend but it it a lot of work to get nas  and backups re routed to the same dhcp addressing.
