Broadband down Stourbridge dy9-why?

The last 3-4 days our broadband has been worse than rubbish,  its postcode dy9 in Stourbridge. 

Any idea why?

We can see you're currently being impacted by an area outage, which has an estimated fix time of 1:15pm on Wednesday (20 November).
