Blackspot

When I had my fibre installed last month the engineer said if I had any blackspots that I could get pods to help for free of charge, I have 2 blackspots 1 in the upstairs rear of the house bedroom and the kitchen, I've done the scan and it shows low figures for fibre and no option to order pods, could someone please help as I hate nagging children lol

Although the app is supposed to allow you to order Pods, that doesn't usually work, so you'll have to wait for a VM staff person to pick this up. 

The Pods are free if you are on 1Gb or Volt contracts, otherwise you will be charged for them. In that case you can get your own that will be better and cheaper.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your WiFi connection at the moment.
