Balancing Wifi Pods Connections

When I have a look at the devices connected to my Hub 5 and pods, I can see that one has nothing connected to it 

I did have a mesh which restarted early every morning so as to balance the devices connected to the pods.

Does the Hub 5 have this option?

Do I restart the Hub and will this cause the devices to reconnect and balance things out?

Load balancing is not a feature domestic Wi-Fi Mesh systems.

In any Wi-Fi system with multiple access points offering the same service, it is the client devices ( the laptops / mobiles / TVs etc )  that are choosing the access point to use.  

If your kit is connecting to Wi-Fi and working I'd be very tempted to leave the Hub & Pods alone.
