I've had this problem for a month or more. Finally got someone on the phone.. They did stuff on their end and it seemed to work but I've not been on the computer much due to a broken shoulder... And it's back to connected but not. No emails or websites can be accessed. My laptop was 1600 quid and is a year old it's not my laptop. It's stressful and painful enough right now and I don't need this. Sk6 area. I downloaded vm connect app ran thier sstufff it says it's OK on my phone... Its not OK.

Use of Wi-Fi Pausing or MAC Filtering are by far the most common causes of devices not being able to function with a VM Hub.
These are best checked and if needed disabled via the VM Hub menu at http://192.168.0.1/
Log in with the Hub Password ( i.e. not the Wi-Fi password ).
Be aware the VM Connect app can not be relied upon to display a complete list of the devices that is has blocked - so don't use it for this task.
If it is just Wi-Fi that is a problem, try the laptop connected directly to the Hub via a network cable.

Welcome to the community forums
Sorry to hear of your connection concerns with your laptop.
I've checked the systems at our side and cannot see any issues in the area or issues with your services at this time.
It is just your laptop that is not connecting to the internet or do you have other devices affected?
Is this over a wired connection or WiFi please?
