Appointment with Technician

Last night around 12 o'clock, the internet stopped suddenly, the router showed the color white, so I didn't think it could be a major problem.

This morning when I woke up I noticed that the internet was not working, I called the customer service and explained the problem I have.

They do not know the reason why my internet is not working and they told me that I have to make an appointment with a technician. The closest date is March 28, that means more than two weeks from today.

It is something unacceptable.

I work from home and I can't stay without internet for more than two weeks, I’m desperate, I need help, what can I do?

You really need a backup connection when working from home, as you cannot rely on a residential connection with no SLA.

Hey edwardd1,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your services and the information from the team. I haven't been able to locate you on our system, so have not been able to check for any updated information since you posted on Monday. Have you been able to get this resolved, since you posted or do you still need assistance?

Kind Regards,

Hello, the twitter support team managed to ship me a new router, I connected it and now everything seems to work fine. I think that was the problem but I don’t know why.
