A Hub 5 label is shown here
https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Forum-Archive/Hub-5-web-interface-password/m-p/4856213#M2934633
the settings password is underlined in red which is 12 characters to log into the Hub 5
SSID and wifi password are on the LHS of the sticker and are redacted in white

1) Does your label on the bottom of your Hub 5 look like the one in the image I linked?
2) Does it show the 'Sagemcom' brand name?
3) Does your sticker underneath show a 12 character password for your own hub?

Yes it is identical made by the same company Sagemcom in France

Is the prompt asking you for a WPS 8 digit number which may well be in a pull-out card in a little pouch on the side or back of the hub?
